Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your inspection. To provide a fair and efficient cancellation and rescheduling process, we have established the following policies.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 25 hours before the scheduled inspection time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 25 hours before the scheduled inspection time will incur a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled inspection.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests made more than 25 hours before the inspection time will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 25-hour notice will be subject to an additional fee.
Exceptions
- Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. We encourage you to contact us directly in such situations. We aim to provide flexibility and understanding when dealing with unforeseen events.
