Payment Policy
Prompt payment ensures inspectors' availability. Payment is due before the inspection. If additional samples are required, a separate invoice will be sent after the inspection. We accept secure payment options through credit card, ACH, or Cash App. We currently do not accept on-site payments. Reports are only sent after all fees have been paid.
- All payments for inspections are due before the inspection is scheduled to begin.
- We accept online payments.
- Please submit your payment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled inspection.
Cancellation:
- If payment is not received a day before the scheduled inspection, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- You can cancel your appointment at any time; however, please note the following cancellation fees:
- More than 25 hours in advance: Full refund
- Less than 25 hours in advance: Cancellation fee
- No-shows: Full amount of the scheduled service
